Just Playing around with flavors

Well I am trying to get ideas and play with flavors- I unfortunately am not feeling so creative today so my ideas are not great but I do have an idea brewing from playing around today. I have a few ideas for each category so I am just playing around with the ideas for one category at a time. So still on breakfast and I have a couple of more things to try and then will move on to the next theme.

My first attempt

Good but probably too simple. I am looking for dynamic- this reminded me of a McGriddle a little.
